Level 1 and Level 2 Futures Data

In this article, let's discuss the differences between Level 1 and Level 2 CME Futures data within the WealthCharts platform.

Level 1 Data

Level 1 Data shows the best bids and best asks for the current price. In the image below, this is what it looks like on WealthCharts Trading DOM:

This data also unlocks Futures symbols within each scanner in WealthCharts.

Level 2 Data provides a much fuller picture of the market on the Trading DOM. This shows Bids and Asks across several different prices in the market. The image below is what Level 2 Data looks like on WealthCharts:
