How do I change my email address?

Did you know that you can update your email address in your WealthCharts platform? To start, simply select the settings icon (gear icon) at the bottom-left corner of your platform. Then select Account Settings.

Once the Account Settings menu appears, select Private Information. Click Change Email/Username, and that will take you to the process of changing your email. It will send your new email address a code from support@wealthcharts.com

To change the email address you wish to use for your prop accounts, you will want to contact your prop firm and support@wealthcharts.com

These requests may take a business day or two. Be sure to whitelist WealthCharts' support email so you don't miss your confirmation!
