Some Prop Firms require you to be in positions for a certain amount of time. The Position Timer Indicator allows you to pay close attention to how long that position has been active, right to the second!
To find this tool, it will appear by default once you are in a Position while Prop Trading. It will appear at the center top of your chart and start a count-up from when the Position gets initiated. Upon left-clicking the timer, a menu will appear allowing you to enter a Goal Time. This means that when the timer starts, it will be in red text. Once the Goal Time has been met, the text will turn green.
If you wish to lock the timer and not accidentally move it, select the Lock button at the bottom of the menu. Then be sure to hit Save!
To completely hide the Position Timer Indicator, click the mixer/setting icon at the top of your chart, and then toggle off Position Time Indicator.
