Terms of Use
WealthCharts LLC publishes information that is educational in nature and designed to contribute to your overall understanding of various types of technical analysis and how we apply this information to the financial markets. We are in no way recommending the purchase, sale or short sale of any securities, options, futures or other financial instruments. Trading of stocks, options, futures, and currency markets may not be suitable for everyone and may involve the risk of losing part of your money, all of your money, or in the case of futures, more than all of your money. Our trades are viewable during the broadcast and profits and losses are seen during and after executions. However, we are in no way representing that similar results will be achieved by following our strategies and picks.
We at WealthCharts LLC are not Financial Advisors or Registered Analysts. We do not offer our various model portfolios as trading recommendations for you to copy. These models represent our own accounts and/or opinions and are intended to teach our style of short-term trading. For example, if the stock index futures happen to be selling off day after day, members can review our live trading room to see what we are thinking or doing, and how we are handling that type of situation. It is up to you to make your own decisions as what you want to do with your own portfolio.
We do not claim to have a special insight into the markets that prevent us from making mistakes. We do make mistakes. However, we believe our successes more than make up for our mistakes, and will continue to offer our education until proven otherwise. Observe our mistakes and utilize these lessons in your own trading programs.
Trading of stocks, options, futures, or currencies may not be suitable for everyone. Equities, Futures, Options, and Currency trading and investing have large potential for rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the Equities, Futures, Options, and Currency markets. Absolutely do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Though there are large potential rewards, short-term trading is very risky, especially when your accounts are fully margined. There is certainly a chance in which you can lose all of your money. If you are trading futures, there is a chance that your account can go negative, and that you will end up owing money to your broker. In addition, prior to buying or selling a stock, option, currency, or futures contract, an investor will need a broker, and they must meet suitability requirements in order to trade these specific instruments. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Neither our contributors nor WealthCharts guarantee any specific outcome or profit. You should be aware of the real risk of loss in following any strategy or investment discussed on the program. In particular, options are complex securities that can be extremely risky and carry substantial risk of loss. Strategies or investments discussed may fluctuate in price or value.
*Options positions may have more than one leg for instance with spreads, condors or rolled over positions to a new month. The past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge and financial resources. Absolutely consult your Registered Financial Advisor and your Risk Trading Plan before ever investing or trading any financial instrument!
Options involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. Prior to buying or selling an option, investors must read a copy of the Characteristics & Risks of Standardized Options, also known as the options disclosure document (ODD). Go tohttp://www.optionsclearing.com/about/publications/character-risks.jsp It explains the characteristics and risks of exchange traded options. Copies of the ODD are available from your broker, from any exchange on which options are traded, by placing an order online, or by calling 1-888-OPTIONS (1-888-678-4667), or from The Options Clearing Corporation, One North Wacker Drive, Suite 500, Chicago, Illinois 60606.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results achieved by any particular trading program.
One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance resluts and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
Investments or strategies mentioned in WealthCharts or in videos or articles may not be suitable for you and you should make your own independent decision regarding them. This material does not take into account your particular investment objectives, financial situation or needs and is not intended as recommendations appropriate for you. You should strongly consider seeking advise from your own investment adviser. WealthCharts.com and our team want to ensure you understand that stocks, futures, options, and spot currency trading have large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the stocks, futures and options markets. Don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose. This website is neither a solicitation nor an offer to buy/sell stocks, futures or options.

WEALTH365 SUMMIT TRADING COMPETITION: OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion Period: July 13–18, 2026 (or as otherwise announced by Sponsor)
These Official Rules govern the skill-based Trading Competition only.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By registering for or participating in the Wealth365 Summit Trading Competition (the “Competition”), each participant (“Entrant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition, including all administrative and scoring decisions. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
1. Sponsor and Prize Contributors
The Competition is sponsored and administered by Wealth365 Inc and WealthCharts LLC, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, USA (“Sponsor,” “Wealth365,” or “WealthCharts”). Certain prizes are contributed and fulfilled by third-party prize contributors and event sponsors, including without limitation Apex Trader Funding (each, a “Prize Contributor”). Prize Contributors are not administrators of the Competition. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, CME Group Inc., any exchange, or any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open only to individuals who, as of the date of entry, satisfy all of the following:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater);
- Are legal residents of a jurisdiction in which participation in, and receipt of prizes from, the Competition is lawful;
- Are not residents of, located in, ordinarily resident in, or nationals of any country, region, or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), or that otherwise appears on any applicable U.S. government restricted or denied parties list, currently including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and any other jurisdiction added by OFAC from time to time. Persons appearing on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or any similar restricted-party list are not eligible;
- Are eligible under the market data policies of CME Group and its exchanges to receive CME market data. Individuals located in jurisdictions that are restricted or embargoed for purposes of receiving CME Group market data are not eligible to participate in the Competition, which involves platform access, evaluation accounts, and market data. Sponsor cannot offer CME market data to users outside their authorized regions;
- Are not employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of Sponsor, any Prize Contributor, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising or promotion agencies, and are not immediate family members of, or persons living in the same household as, any such individual.
One (1) Competition registration per person. Regardless of the number of email addresses, devices, or accounts used, no more than one (1) Competition entry per person will be accepted. Any attempt to enter or compete by fraudulent means, through multiple accounts, or by any script, macro, bot, or other automated means will result in disqualification, and all associated entries and results will be void.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including identity, age, and country of residence, and to screen Entrants and potential winners against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists and CME market data eligibility before awarding any prize. If a selected winner cannot lawfully receive a prize — including by reason of OFAC sanctions, export controls, CME market data restrictions, or any other applicable law or exchange rule — that winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or not award the prize. Sponsor has no obligation to award any prize to any person to whom the award would be unlawful or contrary to exchange rules.
3. Competition Period and How to Enter
The Competition will be conducted during the Wealth365 Summit, July 13–18, 2026 (the “Summit Week”), on the schedule and under the scoring rules announced by Sponsor. To enter:
Active WealthCharts Prop account holders.
Users who have an active WealthCharts Prop account are eligible to register from within the platform by clicking the competition icon within the platform and confirming participation. No other registration is required for active WealthCharts Prop users.
All other users.
Users who do not have an active Prop account with the WealthCharts platform may register for a free access account to use for the Competition, and then confirm participation as directed by Sponsor.
Email consent.
As a condition of entry, each Entrant agrees to receive email communications from Wealth365, WealthCharts, and the Summit’s participating event sponsors and Prize Contributors, including Apex Trader Funding. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time after entry; however, consent at the time of entry is a condition of participation, and Sponsor may use the provided email address to notify winners and administer prizes. Incomplete, false, or fraudulent registrations are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Competition.
4. Winner Selection, Scoring, and Judging
The Competition is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined by the objective performance criteria announced by Sponsor prior to or at the start of the Competition, and not by chance. Sponsor’s determination of results is final.
The Competition includes multiple prize categories that may recognize different aspects of performance, including without limitation categories such as “most money made” and “most consistent trading strategy.” While each category is based on performance, certain categories — including categories recognizing consistency, strategy, or quality of trading — involve the reasonable judgment and discretion of Sponsor and any judges Sponsor designates. For those categories, Sponsor’s and its judges’ evaluation and selection of winners are subjective and are final and binding in all respects. By entering, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that some prize determinations involve subjective judgment and waives any claim arising from the exercise of that discretion.
Scores, rankings, and any leaderboard or scoreboard displayed during the Competition are provided for informational purposes only, may be delayed, and do not necessarily update in real time. Displayed standings are not final, and Sponsor's determination of results is controlling.
All trading in the Competition occurs in simulated or evaluation environments. No Entrant trades or risks Sponsor’s or any Prize Contributor’s actual funds, and no Entrant is entitled to any trading profits generated in a simulated environment except as expressly stated in the announced prize structure.
5. Winner Notification and Prize Claims
Winners of the Competition need not be present at any live session to win and will be notified using the contact information provided at registration, provided they are eligible under Section 2 and complete the claim and verification process below.
Claim deadline.
All prizes must be claimed in writing by email to support@wealth365.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the final day of the Summit Week. Prizes claimed after the Summit Week will not be awarded and are forfeited. A potential winner’s claim must include the winner’s full legal name, the email address used to enter, and the prize being claimed. As part of verification, Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, and country of residence; completed tax forms; and a signed declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful). Failure to complete verification within the time requested will result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner or not award the prize.
6. Prizes
The Competition prize pool consists of:
- US $10,000,000 in trading Evaluation Accounts, distributed as one hundred (100) × $100,000 Evaluation Accounts;
- US $1,000,000 in Funded Accounts, distributed as ten (10) × $100,000 PA (Performance/Funded) Accounts; and
- US $10,000 in cash in the aggregate, which will not necessarily be distributed in a lump sum to a single winner and may be allocated among winners and categories as announced by Sponsor.
Nature and value of account prizes.
Each Evaluation Account and Funded (PA) Account (each, an “Account Prize”) is contributed by Apex Trader Funding and/or other Prize Contributors. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Evaluation Account is the standard published subscription/purchase price for that account, currently between approximately US $50 and US $167, depending on account size and type. Any references in Summit marketing to the aggregate “notional,” “buying-power,” or “account-size” value of Account Prizes (for example, “millions of dollars of accounts” or a “$10 million evaluation giveaway”) refer to the combined simulated account sizes of the Accounts and do not represent cash value, actual funds, guaranteed funding, or amounts payable to any winner. The ARV of each Account Prize is its published purchase price only. All cash prizes are denominated and paid in U.S. dollars (USD). Non-cash prizes may not be exchanged for their cash equivalent.
Substitution.
Prizes, prize contents, and prize values are subject to change at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the announced prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners may not request substitutions. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other products or services or for cash; there is no monetary equivalent payout for any prize.
Third-party prizes fulfilled solely by the Prize Contributor.
Each Account Prize and other third-party prize is issued, activated, governed, honored, and fulfilled solely by the applicable Prize Contributor, in that Prize Contributor’s sole discretion and subject in all respects to its terms of service, evaluation rules, trading rules, payout policies, eligibility requirements, and market data agreements. Winning an Account Prize does not guarantee funding, payouts, profits, or any financial outcome of any kind. An Evaluation Account is a simulated-trading evaluation product; it is not cash, is not a funded live account, and confers no right to any payment from Sponsor. To activate an Account Prize, a winner may be required to create an account directly with the Prize Contributor, agree to its terms, and satisfy its eligibility and market data requirements, including CME market data eligibility. Sponsor’s sole obligation with respect to any third-party prize is to provide the verified winner’s claim information to the applicable Prize Contributor; Sponsor is not responsible for any Prize Contributor’s refusal or inability to issue, activate, honor, or maintain any prize.
Taxes.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and all fees, costs, and expenses associated with prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided. U.S.-resident winners of prizes with an aggregate value of US $600 or more in a calendar year may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of prizes received. Non-U.S. winners may be subject to withholding and documentation requirements under applicable law. Failure to provide required tax documentation within the time requested by Sponsor will result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. Privacy and Data Sharing
By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.wealth365.com/privacy-policy/, and these Official Rules. By entering, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may share Entrant information as follows:
- Marketing communications: the email address provided at entry will be shared with, and used by, Wealth365, WealthCharts, and the Summit’s participating event sponsors and Prize Contributors, including Apex Trader Funding, for the email communications to which the Entrant consented at entry;
- Prize fulfillment: winners’ full contact and verification information will be provided to the applicable Prize Contributor only after the winner claims the prize in writing pursuant to Section 5, and only as needed to fulfill the prize;
- CME Group and its exchanges: registration, account, and usage information may be shared to the extent required for market data licensing, reporting, and compliance purposes in connection with platform access, Evaluation Accounts, or the Competition; and
- Service providers assisting Sponsor in administering the Competition, and government authorities where disclosure is required by law, including sanctions screening.
8. Publicity Release
By participating in the Competition, each winner grants the Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
This right includes the right to capture, reproduce, and display representations and recreations of a participant's Competition trading data, including the participant's charts, dashboards, layouts, and indicators, for advertising, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including if fraud, technical failure, human error, force majeure, or legal or regulatory developments impair the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Competition, and in such event to award remaining prizes (if any) in a fair and equitable manner from among eligible, non-suspect entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry or scoring process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, including through use of multiple accounts, coordinated or mirrored trading, latency or data-feed exploits, or other manipulative conduct. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor may treat any match of internet protocol (IP) address or other shared device, network, or connection information between two or more Entrants as evidence of prohibited multiple entries or coordinated trading, and may disqualify any affected Entrant on that basis in its sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries, claims, or notifications; for technical, hardware, software, network, or email failures of any kind; or for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or device related to participation in the Competition.
Sponsor is not responsible for any disconnection, latency, loss of connectivity, or interruption of a participant's access during the Competition, whether caused by the participant, the platform, or any third party. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Entrant whose connection is lost or interrupted while the Competition is in progress, and any affected trades, scores, or results may be voided.
Participation requires the use of WealthCharts data. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in market data or other data provided before, during, or after the Competition, and no such error, omission, inaccuracy, or delay shall give rise to any claim against the Released Parties.
Community guidelines and conduct.
Participation in the Competition requires use of the WealthCharts platform and its community features. Each Entrant remains subject at all times to the WealthCharts Terms of Use and community guidelines, which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. Without restating those guidelines in full, and as a matter of courtesy to the WealthCharts community, Entrants are expected to observe the following in the chat rooms, trade idea areas such as WealthThoughts, discussion forums, and trading rooms:
Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers or staff in the chat rooms, trade idea areas such as WealthThoughts, and discussion forums and trading room. Do not libel, defame, or disparage others or otherwise misrepresent interactions with others.
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the platform and its community features, and disqualify the participant from the Competition (including forfeiture of any prize, whether or not already awarded), for any violation of the WealthCharts Terms of Use or community guidelines. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, Sponsor’s other rights under these Official Rules.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each participant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsor, the Prize Contributors, CME Group, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from: (a) participation in the Competition; (b) the acceptance, possession, receipt, use, misuse, activation, non-activation, or fulfillment of any prize, including any Evaluation Account, Funded Account, or other prize contributed by a third party; (c) any Prize Contributor’s products, services, terms, rules, decisions, payouts, or failure to perform; and (d) any trading or investment activity undertaken by the participant before, during, or after the Competition.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR AGGREGATE DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE ARV OF THE PRIZE AT ISSUE (OR US $100 FOR ENTRANTS WHO DID NOT WIN A PRIZE). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO A PARTICULAR ENTRANT.

The Summit, the Competition, and all related content are for educational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Simulated or hypothetical trading results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading; no representation is made that any participant will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Trading futures, stocks, options, forex, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and each participant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
These Official Rules may be made available in languages other than English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall govern and prevail in all respects.
